Class Description

This is a mixed level class intended for anyone who has completed both Ukulele 1 and 2 or feels comfortable playing songs in the keys of C, D, G, and A. Each term, we tackle a new genre or category of music, so you can take it as many times as you like! You will continue to expand your repertoire of chords and strum patterns, and tackle new challenges as you’re ready, including fingerpicking and other techniques.

THIS TERM’S THEME: the beatles

When John, George, Paul and Ringo took the stage on The Ed Sullivan show 54 years ago this winter, musical history was changed forever. This term, we’ll revisit some favorite Beatles tunes from past terms and add some new ones to the bunch. Suitable for those still building their repertoire of songs and chords, as well as those looking for some picking and fingerstyle challenges.
